Droppe is a solution for distributing medical supplies evenly and responsibly. Our service seeks excess medical supplies and reallocates resources to our clients.

Your ultimate goal as a Sales team member is to help companies to find required medical supplies and diversify potential supply flow risks. The key three activities is to seek customers, holistically validate customer concerns and connect them with suitable suppliers.

We are looking for a mission-driven, dynamic, and experienced B2B Sales enthusiasists. Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving revenue by working collaboratively with the Global Sales Team to ensure that sales targets are achieved. You will create, seek & develop connections across clients and major wholesalers and distribution groups in your area.




We are seeking self-starters that:

* Identify potential new clients through focused outreach, prospecting and lead qualification


* Have previous sales experience in a highly dynamic & mission-driven environment


* Develop, execute and manage strategic sales opportunities


* Deliver significant impact growth in line with the rapid expansion of the business


* Can smoothly communicate in English and Finnish

* Confident and energetic; professional and team-oriented sales approach


* Result-driven & resilient; ability to excel in rapidly changing environment


* Excellent listener. The ability to understand the business needs of prospects and customers and to explain how our solution can meet their needs


* Sales enthusiasist. A proven background in developing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers including experience in closing B2B transactions

The position will report to the VP Sales and involve all aspects of sales and managing the process between the client and Helsinki and Los Angeles-based project teams.
